VISTO is proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and CULTO; and

CONSIDERING:

That the nature, objectives and actions inherent in the position of National Director of Ceremonial require that he be covered by an official of the Foreign Service of the Nation with the rank of Ambassador.

That it is the competence of the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER to have the assignment of the immediate category superior to the officials of the categories "B" and "C" of the Foreign Service of the Nation, for the sole purpose of the protocol range, in accordance with the provisions of article 7 of the Regulation of the Organic Law of the Foreign Service of the Nation No. 20,957 approved by Decree No. 1973 of 28 October 1986 and its amendments.

Therefore,
