VISTO Decree No. 138 of 30 January 1998 and its similar No. 479 of 4 May 1998 and

CONSIDERING.

That the first rule referred to was the NATIONAL COUNCIL of the MENOR AND FAMILY, a decentralized body under the SECRETARIAT for SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT of the NATIONAL PRESIDENCE.

That by the precited Decree No. 479/98 was appointed Interventor of the Council to Mr. Alejandro Cayetano MOUNA.

That in this instance it is necessary to specify the rank and hierarchy that the staff member must have while performing the position of reference.

That the present measure is in exercise of the emerging powers of article 99, paragraph 1, of the National Constitution.

No. 4.430.407), rank and hierarchy of Assistant Secretary, beginning on 4 May 1998, and while discharging that position, in which he was appointed by Decree No.
