VISTO Issue No. 555-000126/98 of the Register of the MINISTERY of ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES, Decree No. 375 of April 24, 1997, ratified by Decree of necessity and urgency No. 842 of August 27, 1997, Decree No. 16 of January 6, 1998 and proposed by the Parliamentary Organization of the

CONSIDERING:

That by Decree No. 375/97, ratified by Decree No. 842/97, the REGULAR ORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF AEROPUERTS (O.R.S.N.A.) was established in Jurisdiction of the SECRETARIAN TRANSPORTE OF THE MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, and its objectives.

That Article 3 of Decree No. 16/98 creates the Advisory Council of that Agency within the framework of the provisions of Article 42 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

That the Advisory Council, with its current integration, is fully constituted as determined by the Board of Directors Act No. 21 of 22 April 1998 of the REGULAR ORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF AEROPUERTOS (O.R.S.N.A.) within the jurisdiction of the SECRETARIAT OF TRANSPORTE of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES.

It is advisable to extend the integration of the Advisory Council by providing representation to other bodies and entities dependent on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER, whose activity is linked to the operation of the airports set up in the National Airport System.

That the Board of Directors No. 25 of May 5, 1998 of the REGULAR ORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF AEROPUERTS (O.R.S.N.A.) in jurisdiction of the SECRETARIA DE TRANSPORTE of the MINISTERIO OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, the aforementioned Board of Directors was resolved, in accordance with the previous Advisory Council of April 1998.

In this regard, it is appropriate to extend the integration of the Advisory Council of the REGULAR ORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF AEROPUERTS (O.RS.N.A.) within the jurisdiction of the SECRETARIAT for the TRANSPORT of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES with representatives of the SECRETARIAT FOR THE PREVENTION TURISM dependent on NATIONAL PRESIDENCE, NATIONAL DIRECTION OF MIGRATIONS and SECRETARIAT MINISTERY OF INTERIOR, OF THE GENERAL ADMINISTRATION OF ADUANAS dependent on the FEDERAL ADMINISTRATION OF PUBLIC INCOMES and the NATIONAL SERVICE OF SANITY AND AGROALIMENTARY QUALITY under the SECRETARIAT OF AGREEMENTAL, GANADERIA, PESCA and ALIMENTATION both in

That the Permanent Legal Service of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS has taken the relevant intervention.

That the present decree is issued in the use of the powers conferred by Article 99(1) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.
