VISTO Decree No. 1185/90 and its amendments; and

CONSIDERING:

That article 17 of the aforementioned rule provided for the integration of the Directory of the NATIONAL COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE (CNC) with a Vocal that guarantees the representation of the provinces.

That it is then necessary to directly cover the position of Vocal in the NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS (CNC).

May Mrs. Olga Elena RIUTORT, meet the necessary conditions to carry out it.

That the present measure is in use of the emerging powers of article 99, paragraph 7, of the National Constitution.

Therefore,
