VISTO is informed by the Chief of Staff of the Argentine Air Force, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That for the reasons of the service it is necessary to replace the personnel who serve as Vocals of the Permanent War Council for the Sub-Alternate, Tropa and Air Force Students who detail:

. Vicecomodoro (R-Art.62) D. Héctor Nildo CHIARADIO (1329) - L.E. No. 7,302,380, who was appointed by Decree No. 2200 of 14 December 1994.

. Vicecomodoro (R-Art. 62) D. Jorge Luis MORENO (4865) - M.I. No. 1,677,622, who was appointed by Decree No. 289 of 22 March 1996.

. Vicecomodoro (R-Art.62) D. Eduardo YTOIZ (4966) - L.E. No. 6.520.686, who was appointed by Decree No. 763 of 31 May 1995.

That in accordance with Title II, paragraph 1 (o), Chapter I, "General Provisions" of the Military Justice Regulations for the General Staff of the Air Force (RLA 6a), the mandates that expire before the end of the Law period must begin every new period on 1 April.

That Article 23 - Chapter III - Title II of the Code of Military Justice (LA 6), provides that the Vocals of the Permanent War Councils shall be appointed by the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER.

Therefore,

Article 1 Artículo Resigned on March 31, 1998, as Vocals of the Permanent War Council for Sub-Alternate, Troop and Air Force Students, the following Senior Military Staff:

.Vicecomodoro (R-Art. 62) D. Héctor Nildo CHIARADIO (1329) - L.E. No. 7,302,380, who was appointed by Decree No. 2200 of 14 December 1994.

.Vicecomodoro (R-Art. 62) D. Jorge Luis MORENO (4865) - M.I. No. 1,677,622, who was appointed by Decree No. 289 of 22 March 1996.

.Vicecomodoro (R-Art.62) D. Eduardo YTOIZ (4966) - L.E. No. 6.520.686, who was appointed by Decree No. 763 of 31 May 1995.

Art. 2o o Be appointed on 1 April 1998 as members of the Permanent War Council for the Sub-Alternate, Tropa and Alumni of the Air Force, in replacement and for the term specified in each case to the following Senior Military:

.Vicecomodoro D. Eduardo Jorge REMERSARO (E.Air. 2418) - M.I. No 4.753.276, replacing the Vicecommodore (R-Art.62) D. Héctor Nildo CHIARADIO (1329) - L.E. No. 7.302.380 until the end of the law period on 1 January 1999.

.Vicecomodoro D. Raúl Alberto PARINO (E.Gen. 2669) - L.E. No 8.074.743, replacing the Vicecomodoro (R-Art.62) D. Jorge Luis MORENO (4865) - M.I. 1,677,622 to complete the period of law ending October 2, 1999.

.Vicecomodoro D. Ricardo Aníbal SIFON (E.Gen.2763) - M.I. No 8.411.957, replacing Vicecomodoro D. Eduardo YTOIZ (4966) - L.E. No. 6.520.686, until the end of the law period on May 18, 1999.
