VISTO, as reported by the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That on July 2, 1998 the period of Law was ended for which he was appointed as the mouthpiece of the SUPREMO COUNCIL of the ARMED FORCES, the Brigadier (R - Art. 62) D. Carlos Mario ECHEVARRIA MARTINEZ (702) .M.I. No. 6.459.906. , by Decree No. 899 of 10 June 1992, therefore it is necessary to give him a new term of law.

That this measure is determined in the use of the powers set out in Article 14 - Chapter II - Part II of the Code of Military Justice.

Therefore,
