VISTO is informed by the Chief of the General Staff of the Navy, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER is empowered to issue the appropriate measure in order to the powers conferred in Article 11 and 14 of the Code of Military Justice.

Therefore,
