VISTO Law No. 24.521 and Decree No. 173 of 21 February 1996 and 705 of 30 July 1997 and

CONSIDERING:

That article 47 of Act No. 24.521 provides that members of the NATIONAL COMMISSION ON EVALUATION AND UNIVERSITARIAN ACREDITATION (CONEAU) shall remain in their functions as CUATRO (4) years and shall be renewed in part.

That article 5 of Decree No. 173/96, in accordance with the text introduced by article 1 of its similar No. 705/97, provides that in order to allow for partial renewal provided for in the article cited in the previous consideration, members who shall cease the DOS (2) years shall be determined by lot.

That the NATIONAL COMMISSION ON UNIVERSITARIA EVALUATION AND ACREDITATION (CONEAU) has practiced the draw to renew its members.

On 20 August 1998 the following members of the NATIONAL COMMISSION OF EVALUATION AND ACREDITATION OF UNIVERSITY (CONEAU): the Doctor Emilio Fermín MIGNONE, who was nominated in due course by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs 950 of 16 August 1996 and 213 of 12 March 1997.

For the purposes of the renewal, the institutions that, in accordance with Law No. 24.521, should propose to the members that they will be members of the NATIONAL COMMISSION ON UNIVERSITARIA EVALUATION AND ACREDITATION (CONEAU).

That the HONORABLE CAMARA OF SENADORS OF THE NATION has proposed for a new period to Doctor Adolfo Luis STUBRIN; the HONORABLE CAMARA DE DIPUTADOS de la NATION, to the Doctors Víctor René NICOLETTI and Juan Carlos PUGLIESE; the NATIONAL INTERUNIVERSITARIO, to Doctor Juan Carlos HIDALGO; the NATIONAL ACADEMY OF EDUCIGNATION, to Doctor Fernando Augusto

It is a priority to designate the nominated persons so that the NATIONAL COMMISSION ON UNIVERSITY ASSESSMENT AND ACREDITATION (CONEAU) can continue to function normally.

That the present falls within the powers provided for in article 99, paragraph 7 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION and article 47 of Act No. 24.521

Therefore,
