VISTO the visit made to the country by the Foreign Minister of the Italian Republic, D. Lamberto DINI and Mrs. and Comitiva, between 17 and 18 February 1998, as agreed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND CULTO, and

CONSIDERING:

That the Declaration of Official Guests falls within the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by article 99, paragraph 1 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,
