VISTO the visit to the country of Mr. President of the EUROPEO PARLAMENT, D. José María GIL-ROBLES GIL-DELGADO, on 2 and 3 June 1998, as recommended by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO, and

CONSIDERING:

That the Declaration of Official Guests falls within the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by article 99, paragraph 1, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,
