HONORIFIC TITIES Decree 807/98 Otórgase the Military Aviation Title "Honoris Causa" to officers of the air forces of Bolivia, Chile and Uruguay. Bs. As., 8/7/98 B.O: 23/7/98

VISTO is informed by the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That Colonels D. Hernán NAVIA GARCIA, D. Hernán Humberto HENRIQUEZ COBAISE and D. Jorge María Rafael MENDEZ BENITES, have ceased as Air Attaches to the Embassy of the Republic of Bolivia, the Republic of Chile and the Eastern Republic of Uruguay respectively, in our country.

That during their stays, they have contributed with their outstanding personal abilities and skills to strengthen bonds of friendship and camaraderie, that unite us with the members of the Armed Forces of those countries.

That is the wish of the Government of the ARGENTINA NATION, to promote the approach of international relations and to distinguish their cultors.

That the proposed act fits into the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER, by Article 99, paragraph 1 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

Article 1o ArtículoTake the title of Military Aviator "Honoris Causa" to Colonels D. Hernán NAVIA GARCIA, D. Hernán Humberto HENRIQUEZ COBAISE and D. Jorge María Rafael MENDEZ BENITES, of the Bolivian Air Force, Chile and Uruguay respectively. Art. 2o.The General MAJOR STATE of the AEREA FORCE will extend the corresponding accreditation diplomas.
