Transfer of a judge to the Oral Courts in the Criminal of the Federal Capital, Tribunal N°26.

VISTO file No. 117,940/98 of the registry of the Ministry of Justice, and

CONSIDERING:

A position of the RW TRIBUNAL COURT is vacant in the CRIMINAL CITY OF THE FEDERAL CAPITAL, TRIBUNAL No. 26.

May Dr. Marta Aurora YUNGANO, in due course, receive an agreement from the Honorable Senate of the Nation to be appointed as the WORRY TRIBUNAL WHICH TRIBUNAL No. 24, being appointed by the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER, to carry out such a position, by Decree No. 1155 of 4 June 1993, which currently serves.

That according to the doctrine of the SUPREMA COURT OF NATION JUSTICE, the Agreement granted permits the designation or transfer of the person concerned to another position of equal hierarchy provided that he or she has consent (Fallos: 288:386 and 288:387).

That Dr. Marta Aurora YUNCANO has given her consent to be transferred to the ORAL TRIBUNALS IN THE FEDERAL CAPITAL, TRIBUNAL N° 26.

That this measure is determined in the use of the powers granted to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER by article 99 (1) of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1- Move from the ORAL TRIBUNIALS in the CRIMINAL OF THE FEDERAL CAPITAL, TRIBUNAL No. 24, to the ORAL TRIBUNALS IN THE FEDERAL CAPITAL, TRIBUNAL No. 26, to Dr. Marta Y Auroran (D.N.I. No. 12.394.837).
