CONSIDERING:

That Mr. Julio Guillermo SAGASTA has presented his resignation from the position of "JUEZ DE CAMARA DE LOS TRIBUNALES ORALES EN LO CRIMINAL DE LA CAPITAL FEDERAL, TRIBUNAL N° 3.

That it is necessary to proceed to their acceptance.

That the present is given in the use of the powers conferred by article 99 (4) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1- Accept, as of August 1, 1998, the resignation submitted by Mr. Julio Guillermo SAGASTA (D.N.I. No. 5,619,616), to the position of JUEZ DE CAMARA DE LOS TRIBUNALES ORALES EN LO CRIMINAL DE LA CAPITAL FEDERAL, TRIBUNAL No. 3.
