VISTO Decree No. 92 of 10 January 1976, establishing the Argentine delegation to the MIXTA TECHNICAL COMMISSION OF THE FRENT MARITIMO, Decree No. 1572 of 14 August 1991, and

CONSIDERING:

That by Decree No. 1572/91 Mr.D. Fernando Augusto GEORGIADIS was appointed Delegate of the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF INVESTIGATION AND PESQUERO DEVELOPMENT before the MIXTA TECHNICAL COMMISSION OF MARITIMO FRENTE.

On 31 July 1997, the above-mentioned official submitted his resignation from that office, which was accepted by Resolution of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and CULTO No. 3192 dated 30 October 1997.

That in order to ensure the continuity of the tasks of the Joint Technical Commission and the Argentine delegation, the appointment of a replacement is necessary.

That the SUBSECRETARIA DE PESCA of the SECRETARIAT OF AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA, PESCA and ALIMENTATION OF THE MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, has proposed to occupy the position of Delegate to the Interventor of the NATIONAL INSTITUTO OF INVESTIGATION AND DEVELOPMENT PESQUErina Veterina.

That the present measure is determined in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,
