Cessation and designation of President of the Permanent War Council for Junior, Tropa and Air Force Students.

VISTO is informed by the Chief of Staff of the Argentine Air Force, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That for reasons of service it is necessary to replace the Comodoro (R - Art. 62) D. Jorge Raúl ARGUELLO (E Gen 1497) - L.E. No. 6,499,512, as President of the Permanent War Council for Sub-Alternate, Troop and Air Force Students, who was appointed by Decree No. 1900 of 27 October 1994.

That according to the provisions of Chapter II, paragraph 1, of Chapter I, "General Provisions" of the Military Justice Regulations for the General Staff of the Air Force (RLA 6a), the mandates that expire before the end of the Law period must begin every new period on 1 April.

That Article 23 - Chapter III - Part II of the Code of Military Justice (LA 6), provides that the Presidents of the Permanent War Councils shall be appointed by the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER.

That the proposed act falls within the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by Article 99, paragraph 12. of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Give up the Comodoro (R - Art. 62) D. Jorge Raúl ARGUELLO (E Gen.1497) - L.E. No. 6,499,512, as President of the Permanent War Council for Sub-Alternate, Troop and Air Force Students, dated 31 March 1998.

Art. 2o- Be appointed to Comodoro D. Danilo Alberto SAMBUELLI (E Gen 2097) M.I. No. 5.941.095, as President of the Permanent War Council for the Sub-Alternate, Troop and Alumni of the Air Force, from April 1, 1998, until the completion of the Law period ending December 1, 1998.
