VISTO is informed by the Chief of the General Staff of the Army, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That it is necessary to cease as a MILITAR INSTRUCTION BOX - MILITAR INSTRUCTION BOX No 4, a Chief Officer in the Army Force.

According to article 83 of the Code of Military Justice, it is up to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER, to dictate the measure in question.

Therefore,

Article 1 Resigned on December 31, 1997, as JUEZ DE INSTRUCCION MILITAR, Lieutenant Colonel Auditor Jorge Alberto DIAZ (MI 8.145.759), of the MILITAR INSTITUTES COMMUNITY " GENERAL PABLO RICCHERI" - JUZGADO DE INSTRUCCION MILITAR No. 4, appointed by Decree No. 101 of 6 February 1996.
