Explain the payment of the import right and other taxes to products originating from the countries participating in the event "Hospital, 4th International Fair of Products, Equipment and Services for the Health Sector".

VISTO Issue No. 061-011102/97 of the Register of MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, and

CONSIDERING:

That the signature MERCOFERIAS SOCIEDAD OF RESPONSIBILITY LIMITADA requests the exemption from the payment of the import right and other taxes that tax the import for consumption of food, printed brochures, advertising material, posters, other forms of propaganda and elements of construction and decoration of stands, originating and coming from the countries participating in the event "HOSPITALARIA, 4ta. INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTS, EQUIPMENTS AND SERVICES FOR THE HEALTH SECTOR", to be held at the Centro Costa Salguero de la Ciudad de BUENOS AIRES (REPUBLICA ARGENTINA), from 4 to 7 November 1998.

That the realization of this sample will enhance the technological, commercial and cultural exchange of our country with the other participating countries.

That the General Directorate of Humanitarian Affairs of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS has taken the intervention that belongs to him.

That the present decree is issued in the use of the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER, by article 5 (s), of Law No. 20.545 incorporated by its similar No. 21.450 and maintained by article 4 of Law No. 22,792 with regard to the exemption of taxes that tax the import for consumption.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Explain the payment of the import duty, of the added value tax, of internal taxes, of fees for port services, statistics and proof of destination, that tax the import for consumption of food, brochures, advertising material, posters, other forms of propaganda and elements of construction and decoration of stands, originaries and from the countries participating in the event "HOSPITALARIA, 4ta. FERIA INTERNACIONAL DE PRODUCTS, EQUIPOSES AND SERVICES FOR THE HEALTH SECTOR", to be held at the Centro Costa Salguero de la Ciudad de BUENOS AIRES (REPUBLICA ARGENTINA) from 4 to 7 November 1998, for its exhibition and/or gift in the aforementioned shows, for a maximum amount of DOLARES STADOUNIDENSES CINCO participant MIL (U base)
