VISTO Decree No. 724 of 18 June 1998 and

CONSIDERING:

That by the alleged act was appointed Interventor of the CENTRAL MERCATE OF BUENOS AIRES to Mr. Ingeniero Agrónomo D. Miguel Alfredo FERRE.

That the staff member has served as an Advisor to the NATION PRESIDENCE, with rank and rank of Assistant Secretary, appointed by Decree No. 72 of 8 July 1995.

To attentive the request of the above-mentioned official to continue to serve as a Presidential Adviser on a "ad-honorem" basis, as long as his term of office as the Interventor of the Precited Corporation, it is appropriate, in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 1, of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

Article 1 - Please note that as long as his performance lasts as the Interventor of the CENTRAL MERCATE OF BUENOS AIRES, the Agricultural Engineer D. Miguel Alfredo FERRE (M.I. No. 7.739.626) will continue to serve as a Presidential Advisor with a "ad-honorem" character.
