Inter-American Mission of Women Decree 927/98 Designase Delegada Titular de la República Argentina ante la citada Comisión. Bs. As., 6/8/98 B.O: 12/8/98

I note that the Inter-American Commission on Women (C.I.M.), of which the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC is a member, operates within the framework of the Organization of American States.

CONSIDERING:

The participation of the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC attentive to the importance of the Inter-American Commission on Women and its importance in the national and international spheres is necessary.

That by Decree 435 of 7 August 1989, Dr. Da was appointed. Zelmira Mireya Emilse REGAZZOLI, Head of the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC before the Inter-American Commission on Women.

Let Dr. Da. Zelmira REGAZZOLI has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic to the BOLIVIA REPUBLIC, having to remain absent from our country for the new functions assigned to it.

That according to the Statute of the Inter-American Commission of Women, the delegate of a country must be a national of it and reside in it.

For this reason, the appointment of Ambassador María Teresa of the GONZALEZ Valley FERNANDEZ de SOLA, Undersecretariat for Women of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO, as the Head Delegate of the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC to the Inter-American Commission of Women, to continue to carry out the primary responsibility of the Inter-American Undersecretariat for Women.

That this measure is given in the use of the emerging powers of article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,
