Decree 938/98

Replace Annex IV of Decree No. 2406/94 and Annex III of Decree No. 1450/96, by amending the name of some posts and reflecting the appropriate level of remuneration in due course by the National Administration Budget Laws. 24,764 and 24,938.

VISTO Decree No. 2406 of 28 December 1994 and its amendments; and

CONSIDERING:

That the standard mentioned in the View was approved, among other considerations, the salary scale of the NATIONAL COMMISSION ON EXTERIOR TRADE (CNCE), a deconcentrated body that operates within the scope of the SECRETARIAT OF TRADE INDUSTRIA AND MINERIA of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES.

That attentive to the nature of the functions of the NATIONAL COMMISSION ON EXTERIOR TRADE, it is necessary to adapt the name of some positions, in order to conform them to the organizational reality of the organism.

That the proposed amendment does not imply, in any degree, changes of a budgetary nature or of the remuneration levels assigned to the Agency, since only, as far as this last point is concerned, the act in process reflects the appropriateness of the Nros National Administration Budget Laws. 24,764 and 24,938, supplemented by Administrative Decisions Nros. 12, dated 16 January 1997 and 6, dated 6 January 1998, for the periods 1997 and 1998, respectively.

That the present measure is determined in accordance with Article 99, paragraph 1 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Artículo Replace Annex IV of Decree No. 2406 of 28 December 1994 and its amendments, with the annex that with the same denomination forms an integral part of the present measure, the names of the positions of SUBGERENTE and JEFE DEPARTAMENTO by the COORDINADOR A COORDINADOR B respectively, and reflecting the appropriate level of remuneration in due course by the National Administration Budget Laws. 24,764 and 24,938, supplemented by Administrative Decisions Nros. 12, dated 16 January 1997 and 6, dated 6 January 1998, for the periods 1997 and 1998.

Art. 2o o Replace Annex IIIa of Decree No. 1450 of 12 December 1996 and its amendments to the NATIONAL COMMISSION ON EXTERIOR TRADE (CNCE), a deconcentrated body that operates within the SECRETARIAT of TRADE INDUSTRIA and MINERIA of the MINISTERIO OF ECONOMY and ARTWS and PUB SERVICES.

Art. 3o. The modifications introduced by the preceding articles, as regards the adequacy of the designations of the SUBGERENTE posts by the COORDINADOR A and JEFE DEPARTAMENT FOR COORDINADOR B, are realized from the entry into force of the General Budget of the National Administration for the year 1998.
