Transfer of a judge to the Oral Courts in the Criminal of the Federal Capital, Tribunal No. 3.

CONSIDERING:

A position of the RW TRIBUNAL CHAPTER JUDGE in the CRIMINAL OF THE FEDERAL CAPITAL, TRIBUNAL No. 3.

That Dr. Rodolfo Gerardo RICOTTA DENBY in due course received the Agreement of the Honorable Senate of the Nation to be appointed "JUEZ DE CAMARA DE LOS TRIBUNALES ORALES EN LO CRIMINAL DE LA CAPITAL FEDERAL, TRIBUNAL No. 29, being appointed by the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER, to carry out such a position, by Decree No. 1794 of 26 August 1993, which currently serves.

That according to the doctrine of the SUPREMA COURT OF NATION JUSTICE, the Agreement granted permits the designation or transfer of the person concerned to another position of equal hierarchy provided that he or she has consent (Fallos: 288:386 and 288:387).

That Dr. Rodolfo Gerardo RICOTTA DENBY has given his consent to be transferred to the ORAL TRIBUNALES in the FEDERAL CAPITAL, TRIBUNAL No. 3.

That this measure is determined in the use of the powers granted to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER by article 99 (1) of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

Article 1-Translation of the ORAL TRIBUNS in the CRIMINAL OF THE FEDERAL CAPITAL, TRIBUNAL No. 29, to the ORAL TRIBUNALS IN THE CRIMINAL OF THE FEDERAL CAPITAL, TRIBUNAL No. 3, Dr. Rodolfo Gerardo RICOTTA BENBY (D.N.I. No. 7.596.793).
