VISTO Issue No. 6172/98 of the SECRETARY for SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT of the NATIONAL PRESIDENCE and Decree No. 227 of 14 February 1994 and

CONSIDERING:

That the FORUM OF THE SOCIAL SECTOR - FEDERATION, Civil Association of Second Degree that brings together the Civil Associations and Foundations with current personry, propitiates Instituting the 26th of August of each year as a DIA OF SOLIDARITY.

That the proposed date corresponds to the birth of Mother Teresa of Calcutta, an indisputable model of service and love of neighbor.

That the General Directorate of Humanitarian Affairs of the SECRETARY for Social Development of the PRESIDENCE OF NATION, he has taken the intervention of his competence.

That the present is dictated in the use of the powers conferred by Article 99, paragraph 1 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,
