VISTO the resignation presented by the Agricultural Engineer D. Felipe Carlos SOLA as Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, and

CONSIDERING:

It is appropriate to designate its replacement.

That the present is dictated in the use of the powers conferred by Article 99, paragraph 7 of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Accept the resignation presented by Mr. Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock, Fishing and Food Engineer Agricultural Engineer D. Felipe Carlos SOLA(M.I. No. 5.257.854).

Art. 2°-Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food to Doctor D. Gumersindo Federico ALONSO (L. E. N° 7.680.4 16).
