VISTO Decree No. 92 of 10 January 1976, by virtue of which the Argentine delegation was constituted before the MIXTA TECHNICAL COMMISSION OF THE FRENT MARITIMO, Decree No. 930 of 12 September 1997, the Resolution of the MINISTERY OF EXTERIORS, INTERNATIONAL AND CULTO TRADE No. 1587 of 7 May 1998 and

CONSIDERING:

That by Decree No. 930/97, the Minister of Embassy and Consul General D. Gustavo Oscar INFANTE was appointed Delegate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTOMER before the TECHNICAL COMMISSION MIXTA DEL FRENTE MARITIMO.

That by the Resolution of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND CULTOBER No. 1587/98, the aforementioned official has been transferred to the Embassy of the Republic in CANADA, which is why he has resigned from the position of Delegate.

That in order to ensure the continuity of the tasks of the MIXTA TECHNICAL COMMISSION of the FRENTE MARITIMO and of the Argentine delegation to it, it is necessary to appoint a replacement.

That the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO has proposed to occupy the position of Delegate to the Minister of Embassy and Consul General D. Julio Horacio HARTSTEIN.

That the present measure is determined in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,
