VISTO Decree No. 993 of 26 August 1998 and

CONSIDERING:

That article 1 of the above-mentioned Decree transforms, within the scope of the Ministry of Justice, the SECRETARIAT OF PENITENCIARY POLICY AND SOCIAL READAPTATION into the CRIMINAL, PENITENCIARIAN POLITICAL SECRETARIAT and SOCIAL READAPTATION.

That, therefore, it is necessary to make the appointment of the current PENITENCIAL POLITARY SECRETARY and SOCIAL READAPTATION as a CRIMINAL, PENITENCIARIAN AND SOCIAL READAPTATION SECRETARY.

That the present is given in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

Article 1- From 26 August 1998 onwards, Mr. Julio Enrique Angel APARICIO (D.N.I. No. 4.299.546).
