I VISTO Nros resolutions. 572, 573 and 574 dated 27 August 1998 from the registration of the SECRETARIAT OF AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA, PESCA and ALIMENTATION under the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES, and

CONSIDERING:

They accept the resignations of the Assistant Secretaries of Agriculture, Livestock and Forestry, Food and Markets, and Fisheries, respectively, of the SECRETARIAT OF AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA, PESCA and ALIMENTATION of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES.

It is appropriate to designate their replacements.

That the present is dictated in the use of the powers conferred by Article 99, paragraph 7 of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

Article 1 The Assistant Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock and Forestry of the SECRETARIAT OF AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA, PESCA and ALIMENTATION OF THE MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES to Dr. Miguel Simeón ONRO (L.E. No. 6.654.017).

Art. 2°- Assistant Secretary of Food and Markets of the SECRETARIAT OF AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA, PESCA and ALIMENTATION of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES to Mr. Arturo Guillermo Francisco VIERHELLER (L.E. No. 8,607,708).
