Recognise Archbishop Coadjutor of the Archdiocese of La Plata.

VISTO the communication of the Apostolic Nunciature informing that His Holiness JUAN PABLO II has appointed Archbishop Coadjutor of the Archdiocese of La Plata to His most Reverend Excellency Archbishop Héctor Rubén AGUER, and

CONSIDERING:

According to Article 3 of the Agreement between the SANTA SEDE and the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC, approved by Law 17.032, the appointment of Archbishops is the competence of the SANTA SEDE.

That the procedures provided for by the specified rule have been completed previously, and the designee meets the requirements therein.

That for civil and administrative purposes, it is necessary to recognize the designation made.

Therefore,

RIGHT:

Article 1 Recognise His Most Reverend Excellency Archbishop Héctor Rubén AGUER (L.E. No. 4.415.937) as Archbishop Coadjutor of the Archdiocese of La Plata.
