VISTO Issue No. 080-005177/98 of the registration of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, the provisions of Decree No. 660 of 24 June 1996 and its amendments, Decree No. 924 of 11 September 1997 and Decree No. 919 of 6 August 1998 and

CONSIDERING:

That Decree No. 919 of 6 August 1998 reformulated the organizational structure of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES approved by Decree No. 660 of 24 June 1996 and its modifications, adopting the functional organization of the SECRETARIAT of COORDINATION under the MINISTERIO OF ECONOMY and its PUBLIC AND SERVICE objectives.

Within the objectives of the SECRETARY for COORDINATION under the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND SERVICES PUBLICS are some of the objectives of the former SECRETARIAN ECONOMIC POLICY under the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES.

It is therefore necessary to amend article 48 of Decree No. 924 of 11 September 1997.

That the General Directorate of Humanitarian Affairs of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS has taken the intervention that belongs to him.

That this Decree is issued in the use of the powers conferred by Article 99(2) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Replace article 48 of Decree No. 924 of 11 September 1997, which shall read as follows:

"ARTICLE 48. The Executive Committee of the Assistance Trust will be composed of the Secretary of Coordination and Public Works of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, and the Secretary of Strategic Control of the MINISTERS GABINETE JEFATURA. "

"The Trust Agent for the Assistance Trust will be the BANCO OF THE ARGENTINA NATION. "

"The fiduciary ownership of the actions of BANCO HIPOTECARIO SOCIEDAD ANONIMA will be transferred by the FONDO to the Trustee of Assistance in the amounts, opportunities and other modalities established by the Board of Directors. "
