I look at the provisions of the Nros Decrees. 1373 of 30 April 1974 and 1840 of 10 October 1986 and requested by the NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR COOPERATIONAL ACTION AND MUTUAL, DEcentralized Agency of the SECRETARIAT for SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT of the NATIONAL PRESIDENCE,

CONSIDERING:

That the above-mentioned rule provides, among other measures, for a regime of compensation for the higher costs incurred by officials convened by the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER to perform political functions, when their permanent residence is located at a distance greater than the CIEN (100 kilometres from the headquarters of the respective agencies in which they operate.

That the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF COOPERATION AND MUTUAL ACTION of the SECRETARIAT FOR SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRESIDENCE DE LA NATION requests to be included in such compensation regime to the staff member of the said Institute, Dr. Cesar Eduardo CACERES (D.N.I. No. 12.851.098) with residence in the Province of La Rioja as accredited by the National Identity Document.

That the staff member has been appointed by Resolution No. 097/98 - INACyM in the extra-curricular post of Secretary of Cooperative and Mutual Planning and Development of the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF COOPERATIVATIVE ACTION and MUTUAL, from 26 May 1998, with directive functions recognized by Joint Resolution No. 90 and 965/96 of the General SECRETARIAT of the NATIONAL PRESIDENCE and the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND SERVICES PUBLICS amended by Joint Resolution No. 60 and 409/97 of the General SECRETARIAT of the NATIONAL PRESIDENCE and the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES.

That the reasons invoked make it feasible to extend the above-mentioned benefits to the applicant, as an exception, while the official maintains his residence outside the radio established by the above-mentioned ut-supra rules.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is entitled to the dictation of this measure under article 99 (1) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION and article 13 of Decree 977 of 6 July 1995.

Therefore,

Article 1- Include as an exception and as long as your permanent residence is at a distance greater than the CIEN (100) Kilómetros of the Federal Capital, within the provisions of Decree No. 1840 of 10 October 1986 and concordants, to Dr. Cesar Eduardo CACERES (D.N.I. No. 12.851.098) Secretary of Cooperative and Mutual Planning and Development of the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF COOPERATTIVE ACTION AND MUTUAL DEcentralized Agency of the SECRETARIAT for SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT of the NATIONAL PRESIDENCE, beginning on 26 May 1998. Art. 2°- The expenditure that demands the fulfillment of the present will be charged to the specific heading of the budget of the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF COOPERATIONAL AND MUTUAL ACTION.
