VISTO is proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and CULTO, and

CONSIDERING:

That in due course the Government of the REPUBLIC OF TUNEZ granted Mr. Edgardo René PIUZZI the place of style for his appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic in that country.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to dispose of the matter, in accordance with the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore;

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic to the REPUBLIC OF TUNEZ, Mr. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary D. Edgardo René PIUZZI (L.E. No. 5,934,955), who is to be held from 1 October 1998. Art. 2o- Expenditures for compliance with this Decree shall be charged to the specific provisions of the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.
