PRESIDENCE OF THE NATION Decree 1084/98 The integration of the military or central office of the military bishop and the monthly remunerations should be established.

Having regard to Decree No. 1187/97,

That by the aforementioned norm was transferred to the scope of the CASTRENSE CURY or CENTRAL OFFICE of the CASTRENSE OBISPADO.

It is therefore appropriate to take the necessary measures to enable the operation of the Agency.

That the UNITY OF REFORM AND MODERNIZATION OF THE STATE AND THE SECRETARY TECHNICAL COMMISSION OF THE SECTOR PUBLICO have taken the intervention that belongs to them, giving favor.

That the present measure is in exercise of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 1 of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1- The Military Curia or Central Office of the Military Obispado will consist of: UN (1) Castrense Bishop with rank of Assistant Secretary, UN (1) Auxiliary Bishop or Vicar Castrense, UN (1) Secretary General Castrense, UN (1) Ecclesiastical Adviser, UN (1) Administrative Coordinator and THRE (3) Secretaries or Notaries of Curia. Art. 2°- Please note, from the 1st of the following month of the date of this decree, the monthly remunerations that shall be paid in all respects and in accordance with the detail in the table annexed to this article shall be paid by the members of the Military Curia or Central Office of the Military Obispado as referred to in the preceding article. Art. 3°- The Bishop Castrense shall designate the members of the Obispado Castrense. Such designations shall be endorsed by the Secretary-General of the NATIONAL PRESIDENCE. Art. 4°- Modify the Administrative Distribution - Human Resources - of the General Budget ADMINISTRATION for the year 1998, according to the detail working in tables annexed to this article that form an integral part of it. The expenditure resulting from the provisions of this Decree shall be met with the current budgetary provisions of the 2001 - SECRETARY-GENERAL of the NATIONAL PRESIDENCE.
