VISTO the arrival in the country of His Imperial Highnesses of JAPON, the AKISHINO Princes and companions, between September 27 and October 5, 1998, as recommended by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND CULTO, and

CONSIDERING:

That the Declaration of Official Guests falls within the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by article 99, paragraph 1, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Official hosts of the Argentine Government say to "Your Imperial Highnesses of the JAPON, 109 AKISHINO Princes and companions, during their stay in the Republic from 27 September to 5 October 1998. Art. 2o- Appropriate from the budget for jurisdiction 35 - MINISTERY OF FOREIGN RELATIONS, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO for the year 1998, the expenses derived from this Decree.
