VISTO the displacement to be carried out by the Chief of Cabinet of Ministers, Engineer D. Jorge Alberto RODRIGUEZ, and

CONSIDERING:

In accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 498 of 22 September 1995, the Minister of the Interior shall serve as the Chief of Staff of Ministers.

It is therefore incumbent upon the Minister to be internally responsible for the Ministry of the Interior.

That the present measure is in use of the emerging powers of article 99, paragraph 7 of the National Constitution,
