VISTO AND CONSIDERING:

That in order to reaffirm the cultural position of the Argentine Republic in the world and, at the same time, to ensure greater integration of national artistic values in international order, it is necessary to have the advice of prestigious personalities.

That in the field of culture the master Boris Claudio SCHIFRIN, world-renowned as Lalo Schifrin, meets the necessary conditions to integrate the body of advisers of the First Magistrate.

It is a relevant figure of music, whose name has transcended the borders of the country, since its talent, creativity and professionalism have been recognized internationally.

That in the light of the above, the rank of Secretary may be assigned to him as an adviser to the Presidency of the Nation.

That Master Schifrin has also expressed his desire to fulfil this task in an ad-honorem manner.

That the present is dictated in the use of the emerging powers of article 99, paragraph 7, of the National Constitution.
