VISTO Decree No. 846/91 and its amendments and Resolution No. 41 of 24 September 1998 of the NATIONAL FISCAL EARTH COMMISSION - "Array Programme" of the NATION PRESIDENCE, and

CONSIDERING:

That the aforementioned Resolution accepted the resignation of the Arq. Horacio Mario FERNANDEZ (D.N.I.) No. 12,877,929) as Executive Secretary of the NATIONAL FISCAL LAND COMMISSION - "RAIGO Program" of the NATION PRESIDENCE, duly appointed by Decree No. 686/96.

That in order to carry out the tasks assigned to this Commission, it is necessary to carry out such a position.

That this act is given in the use of the emerging powers of article 99, paragraph 7, of the National Constitution.

Therefore,
