Article 38 of Act No. 24.557 and

CONSIDERING:

That the position of Superintendent of Labour Risks being vacant for the resignation of his holder; Doctor Reinaldo Alberto Castro, it is necessary to promptly designate his replacement, in order not to interrupt the normal functioning of the aforementioned regulation and supervision entity.

That such reasons are incompatible with the delay in the selection procedure set out in article 38 of Act No. 24.557.

That Dr. Jorge Héctor LORENZO enjoys experience and technical capacity to carry out the position of reference, during the time necessary to provide the procedure of selection required by the norm concerned, which is estimated at NOVENTA (90) days, without prejudice to its extension, if necessary.

That, without prejudice to this, it is appropriate to immediately initiate the relevant selection process in order to comply with the requirement set out in article 38 of Law No. 24.557 for the appointment of the highest authority of the agency.

That the present measure is determined by the emerging powers of article 99, paragraph 7 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-For the time limit of NOVTA (90) days in charge of the SUPERINTENDANCE OF RISKS OF WORK to Dr. Jorge Héctor LORENZO (DNI No. 7.593.539), until the selection process provided for in article 38 of Law No. 24.557 is completed.

Art. 2nd - MINISTERY OF WORK AND SECURITY SOCIAL may extend the previous time in case it does not succeed in it, the selection of the respective person through the legal procedures.
