I consider the reasons for service and in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Article 1-Transfer from the Embassy of the Republic to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade And CULTO, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary D. Jorge Alberto TELERMAN (M.I. No. 11.816.735). Art. 2°-The costs required to comply with this Decree are charged to the respective budget lines of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.
