VISTO file No. 7538/98 of the registration of the SECRETARIAT OF CULTURE of the NATIONAL PRESIDENCE, and

CONSIDERING:

That the aforementioned file requests the declaration of national interest of the tour to be carried out by the NATIONAL ORQUESTA DE MUSICA ARGENTINA "Juan de Dios Filiberto", dependent on the SECRETARIAT OF CULTURA of the PRESIDENCE OF NATION, by the Cities of Stockholm (REINO DE SUECIA) and Paris (REPUBLICA FRANCESA) in October 1998.

That the aforementioned Orchestra will be presented in the framework of the meetings called "Stock European Capital of Culture" and "A Century of Tango, Paris - Buenos Aires" and the "First International Meeting of Tango in Paris".

That the PRESIDENCE CULTURE SECRETARIAT DE LA NATION believes that such activity falls within the cultural policy of the Government of the Nation, and thus encourages the dictation of this measure.

That the present measure is made in the use of the powers conferred by article 99 (1) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,
