CONDECORATIONS Decree 1224/98 Approved an Act by which a decoration is agreed to the Military, Naval and Air Attachment to the Embassy of 1st Italian Republic in the Republic. Bs. As., 19/10/98 B.O.: 26/10/98

VISTO is established by Decree-Law No. 16,629 of 17 December 1957, ratified by Law No. 14.467, establishing the "Word of the Lord", and

CONSIDERING:

That the Order's Council has agreed to the proposal to decorate Mr. Military, Naval and Air Attachment to the Embassy of the ITALIAN REPUBLIC in the Republic, Colonel D. Alfonso GUADAINO, who has made himself a creditor to the honor and recognition of the Nation.

It is up to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER to issue the supplementary approval measure provided for in article 6 of Decree Law No. 16.629 of 17 December 1957, ratified by Law No. 14.467.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Approve the Act of the Council of the "Morning Order", signed on July 28, 1997, by which the decoration of the "Morning MERITO MILITAR" is agreed, to the degree of GRAN CRUZ, to the Military, Naval and Air Attached to the Embassy of the ITALIAN REPUBLIC in the Republic, Colonel D. Alfonso GUADA

Art. 2° - Exempt the corresponding diploma, in accordance with article 19 of the Regulations of the "March Order" adopted by Decree No. 16,644 of 18 December 1957.
