VISTO the arrival in the country of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of TURQUIA, D. Ismail CEM and comitiva, between 10 and 12 November 1998, as recommended by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO, and

CONSIDERING:

That the Declaration of Official Guests should be part of the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by article 99, paragraph 1, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

Article 1-Official hosts of the Argentine Government to the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of TURQUIA, D. Ismail CEM and comitiva, during his stay in the Republic from 10 to 12 November 1998.
