VISTO the visit made to the country by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of the DEMOCRATICA POPULAR REPUBLIC LAO, D. Somsavat LENGSAVAD, between 28 and 30 August 1998, as recommended by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO, and

CONSIDERING:

That the Declaration of Official Guests falls within the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by article 99, paragraph 1, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-The treatment of Official Host of the Argentine Government was approved by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of the DEMOCRATICA REPUBLIC POPULAR LAO, D. Somsavat LENGSAVAD, during his stay in the Republic from 28 to 30 August 1998. Art. 2°-Appropriate from the budget for jurisdiction 35-MINISTERY OF FOREIGN RELATIONS, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO-for the year 1998, the expenses derived from this Decree.
