VISTO Decree No. 683 of 11 June 1998, appointing Mr. Juan Carlos KRECKLER as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic in the REPUBLIC OF AUSTRIA, and Mr.

CONSIDERING:

That the Government of the SLOVENIA REPUBLIC granted the style placet for his appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic to that country.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to dispose of the matter in accordance with the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic to the REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA, Mr. Juan Carlos KRECKLER (M.I. No. 575.678), without prejudice to his current functions as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic to the REPUBLIC OF AUSTRIA. Art. 2°-The costs required to comply with this Decree shall be charged to the respective provisions of the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.
