VISTO is informed by the Chief of the General Staff of the Navy, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That on June 15, 1998, the tasks of Vocals of the ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL of NAVEGATION were completed, for which the Captain of Ships (R.E.) Dn were appointed. Gustavo Adolfo ROJAS and Prefecto Principal (R.E.) Dn. Walter Ariel Duarte by Decree No. 408 dated 12 April 1996.

That in accordance with Article 9 of Act No. 18,870, as amended by Act No. 20,395, the appointment of members of the Administrative Tribunal for Navigation must be made by the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER on the proposal of the MINISTERY OF DEFENSA.

Therefore,

Article 1 -They are appointed on 15 June 1998 as Vocals of the ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL of NAVEGATION for a new period of Law that ends on 15 June 2000, to the lords, Captain of Ship (R.E.) Dn. Gustavo Adolfo ROJAS (M.I. 4.300.059) and Prefecto Principal (R.E.) Dn. Walter Ariel DUARTE (M.I. 5.693.012).
