VISTO is informed by the Chief of the General Staff of the Army, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That it is necessary to cease as a MILITAR INSTRUCTION BOX - INSTRUCTION BODY NRO. 5, to a Senior Officer in the Army Force.

According to article 83 of the Code of Military Justice, it is up to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER, to dictate the measure in question.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

Article 1-Hector Fructuoso FUNES (MI 4.851.065) of the Second Command, is dismissed on 21 July 1998 as the MILITAR INSTRUCTION JUDGE, to the Colonel (Art. 62). EJERCITO'S TENTY-GENERAL JUAN CARLOS SANCHEZ JUZGADO DE INSTRUCCION MILITAR NRO 5, appointed by Decree Nro. 900 dated 27 June 1989. Art. 2°-Communicate. Punish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Registry and archvese.-MENEM.-Jorge Domínguez.
