VISTO Expediente No. 800-008323/98 of the Register of the SECRETARIAT OF AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA. PESCAYALIMENTATION OF THE MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, Resolution No. 584 of 27 August 1998 of the aforementioned Secretariat, and

CONSIDERING:

That by the Resolution quoted in the View, the resignation presented by the Veterinary Medicine Dr. Héctor Jorge LARRECHE was accepted as President of the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF AGROPULARY TECHNOLOGY (INTA), the Autonomous Ente dependent on the SECRETARIAT OF AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA, PESSERVA and ALIMENTATION OF MINISTERIO DE ECON

That the Doctor Veterinary D. Héctor Jorge LARRECHE meets the necessary conditions to continue to carry out the tasks entrusted to him.

What reasons of service make it necessary to designate the aforementioned function in order to complete the current period of law.

That the General Directorate of Humanitarian Affairs of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS has taken the intervention that belongs to him.

That the present act is given in the use of the powers conferred by Article 99, Decision 7 of the National Constitution and Article 6 of the Decree - Law No. 21.680 of 4 December 1956. as amended by Article 19 of Law No. 22.064.

Therefore,
