VISTO Law No. 19,349 and Record No. 448,288/98 of the Ministry of the Interior Registry, and

CONSIDERING:

That on 18 September 1998, Subalferez D. Mario Adrián KINGINOSO (DNI 25.013.400), was patrolling the area called "Paraje El Chorro", in the town of Professor Salvador Mazza, Province of Salta, in circumstances in which, in seeking to identify TRES (3) persons who traveled on foot in a suspicious attitude, it was reduced by those who carried bulk weapons.

That later, the body of the named Officer was found a few meters from the international border with the BOLIVIA REPUBLIC, presenting gunshots in his head.

That it was precisely, the fulfillment of the mission of the service that was ordered to him, the cause that causes the death of the offender.

That the fact of offering life in the performance of functions constitutes an extraordinary event that must be repaired as a special distinction of human values.

That the fact that happened meets the requirements set out in article 71 bis of Law No. 19,349, to grant the promotion "Post Mortem" to the former Subalferez D. Mario Adrián REINOSO (DNI 25.013.400).

It has taken the intervention of the Directorate-General for Legal Affairs of the Ministry of the Interior.

That the present measure is in use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 1 of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

Article 1 Prove to the immediate superior degree "Post Mortem" dated 18 September 1998, to the Sub-alferez of the General Scale Command Body of the NATIONAL GENDARMERIA ARGENTINA D.
