CONDECORATIONS Decree 1260/98 Approved an Act by which the Ambassador of the Republic of Venezuela in the Republic agrees a decoration. Bs. As., 22/10/98 B.O.: 02/11/98

VISTO is established by Decree-Law No. 16,628 of 17 December 1957, ratified by Act No. 14.467, establishing the "ORD OF THE LIBERT SAN MARTIN", and

CONSIDERING:

That the Council of the Order has agreed to the proposal to decorate S.E. Mr. Ambassador of the REPUBLIC OF VENEZUELA in the Republic, D. Ignacio ARCAYA, who has become a creditor to the honor and recognition of the Nation.

It is up to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER to issue the supplementary approval measure provided for in article 5 of Decree Law No. 16.628 of 17 December 1957, ratified by Law No. 14.467.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 -The Act of the Council of the "ORDEN DEL LIBERTADOR SAN MARTIN", signed on 27 July 1998 by which the decoration of the "ORDEN DEL LIBERTADOR SAN MARTIN" is agreed, in the ranks of GRAN CRUZ, to S.E. the Ambassador of the REPUBLIC OF VENEZUELA in the Republic D. Ignacio ARCAYA. Art. 2° -Exempt the corresponding diploma, in accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation of the "WORD of the Liberator SAN MARTIN" approved by Decree No. 16.643 of 18 December 1957.
