Guido José Mario DI TELLA, to the city of Brasilia - FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF BRAZIL - on October 26, 1998 and to the city of London - UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRETANA AND IRELAND DEL NORTE- from 27 October 1998 to 3 November 1998 to accompany Mr. President of the Nation in his Official Visit to that country, and

CONSIDERING:
