That the designation, in order to complete the current period of law, of Agricultural Engineer D is therefore encouraged. Néstor Omar BARBARO to occupy the above-mentioned position on behalf of the aforementioned Secretariat.
That the background of Engineer Agrónomo Néstor Omar BARBARO will enable him especially for the development of the tasks that will be entrusted to him.
That the General Directorate of Humanitarian Affairs of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS has taken the intervention that belongs to him.
That the present is dictated in the use of the powers conferred by Article 99, Decision 7 of the National Constitution and Article 6 of Decree-Law No. 21.680 of 4 December 1956, as amended by Article 1 of Act No. 22.064.
