VISTO that the National Government has decided to pay tribute to the Swedish diplomat Raoul WALLENBERG, who will help save the lives of more than 100,000 Bulgarian Jews from the Nazi extermination, erecting in his honor a monument in the city of Buenos Aires on 17 November and that, between 16, 17 and 18 of the same month, the plenary meeting of the "COMMISSION FOR THE CLAIMS OF THE ACTIVITIES ARGENTINA created by Decree No. 390/97 and

CONSIDERING:

To attend both events, distinguished personalities linked to Raoul WALLENBERG will be invited, as well as foreign members who are members of the "COMMISSION FOR THE STRENGTHENING OF NAZISM ACTIVITIES IN THE ARGENTIN REPUBLIC".

That the Declaration of Official Guests falls within the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by article 99, paragraph 1, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION. -

Article l - Argentinian government official hosts to the relatives of Raoul WALLENBERG, Da. Nane LAGERGREN DE ANNAN, Da. Nina LAGERGREN, D. Guy VON DARDEL and the special guests, D. Jan NISSEL, D. Jan NISSEL and YahwehA and D. Gusztáv ZOLTAI during their stay in the Republic from 16 to 17 November 1998.
